Maurice Lesperance launched Prima Klean in 1988. Prior to starting Prima Klean, Maurice worked for the Ministry of Health as Assistant Director of Housekeeping for over 10 years. He earned his Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper Diploma through the Ontario Hospital Association. Maurice draws from his strong hospital background to train Prima Klean staff to provide outstanding service that adheres to the highest of Ministry standards. In his spare time Maurice loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family.

Mark joined Prima Klean in 2012 after spending over 35 years in the Automotive industry as an engineer. His knowledge of processes, systems and people management have proven valuable in maintaining Prima Klean’s reputation as Brantford’s best building services contractor. His personal mantra is to never ask someone to do something that he cannot or is not willing to do himself. He is married with two grown up daughters and enjoys restoring and riding vintage motorcycles.

Karen joined Prima Klean as Operations Manager in January 2021.

She has 30 years experience in the automotive manufacturing sector at Nichirin Inc during which time she has gained valuable experience in production systems, quality control, 5S, & lean manufacturing.

Starting as an Assembly Operator she quickly gained promotions to Production Supervisor, production Shift Leader, Customer Service Representative, & Sales Coordinator.

Her wealth of experience makes her a great asset to the Prima Klean team.

In her spare time Karen likes to travel , enjoys music and Yoga.

Geoff joined Prima Klean in 2020, he has over 10 years experience working in Human Resources in both the Public and Private sectors.

The knowledge & experience gained enable him to keep Prima Klean staffed with the best people so the company can continue to deliver a high quality of service to its customers.

He believes that a positive work environment is key to achieving great results.

In his downtime he loves to spend time with his wife, enjoy some sun, and play the ukulele.
