President Maurice Lesperance launched Prima Klean in 1988. Prior to starting Prima Klean, Maurice worked for the Ministry of Health as Assistant Director of Housekeeping for over 10 years. He earned his Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper Diploma through the Ontario Hospital Association. Maurice draws from his strong hospital background to train Prima Klean staff to provide outstanding service that adheres to the highest of Ministry standards. In his spare time Maurice loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family. He has been happily married to wife Prima (whom he named the company for) going on 30 years.

Prima Lesperance joined her husband Maurice as a co-founder of Prima Klean when it launched in 1988. Since then she has held several roles such as office administrator, accountant, marketing manager and more. Prima believes the most important value a company can instill is helping their employees find a balanced lifestyle. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with family. Prima’s personal motto is simply to be happy!

Mark joined Prima Klean in 2012 after spending over 35 years in the Automotive industry as an engineer. His knowledge of processes, systems and people management have proven valuable in maintaining Prima Klean’s reputation as Brantford’s best building services contractor. His personal mantra is to never ask someone to do something that he cannot or is not willing to do himself. He is married with two grown up daughters and enjoys restoring and riding vintage motorcycles.

Jennifer Smith joined Prima Klean in 2016 after spending time as a residential cleaning professional with a local company. Jenn started as a member of our regular cleaning staff but quickly gained promotion to Supervisor where she helps Prima Klean maintain its high level of service and standards our customers have grown accustomed to during our 30-year history! This includes supply chain management, safety checks, quality control audits and more. Jenn loves the flexibility Prima Klean offers as well as her colleagues. In her spare time Jenn loves to go camping and spend time with family.

Angelina Fusato has been with Prima Klean since 2017 in the role of Supervisor. Prior to joining Prima Klean she spent time as a Route Manager for a local residential cleaning company, and as a Team Leader in door-to-door sales. Angelina is responsible for employee development from the interview stage all the way to hands-on, site-specific training. Angelina is a first point of contact when Prima Klean starts a new account and loves taking on new challenges! Angelina loves how Prima Klean feels like a family and the flexibility we offer. The values that drive Angelina are to practice discipline in everything you do, always do your best and to avoid complacency. During her spare time Angelina loves horseback riding, reading and spending time with her family.
