Mission Statement
Prima Klean was founded by Maurice Lesperance in Brantford, Ontario in 1988.
Using the experience he gained working over ten years serving as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping with the Ontario Ministry of Health he started a full-service janitorial maintenance company with a standard for excellence.
Maurice earned his Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper Diploma through the Ontario Hospital Association. He uses his strong hospital background as a base for training staff to provide service that goes above and beyond the industry standard.
Prima Klean has always had a reputation for adhering to the highest standards and providing a customized cleaning experience to our wide range of customers…from small office spaces to full size manufacturing facilities. Prima Klean sets itself apart from others in the industry through our commitment to using the best, leading edge equipment available to provide a deep clean, every time.

A Commitment to our Community
Prima Klean is passionate about being actively involved in the Brantford and surrounding communities. We participate in many local charity events and business seminars on a regular basis.
President Maurice Lesperance has won many awards as a member of the Brantford Chamber of Commerce and the Building Service Contractors Association International for excellence in the service industry.
Prima Klean regularly participates in providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, working closely with local employment agencies.
